Beautifully showcased in an asymmetrical fashion is a 1.37 oval Ceylon sapphire surrounded by eight leaves set with brilliant round diamonds and milgrain detail. More round brilliant diamonds are pave set down the side of the band. The diamonds weigh 0.35 total carats, are F/G in color, and VS in clarity. All this beauty set in 18 karat white gold.
