Before You Buy
We want your experience with Pierce Custom Jewelers to be nothing less than perfect, and we look forward to being your jeweler for life. Please read the following information regarding purchases, shipping, returns, and exchanges.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase items through piercecustomjewelers.com.
We never charge for shipping. For insurance purposes, items from Pierce Custom Jewelers must be shipped in a very specific manner. Unless otherwise noted or previously arranged, all purchases from Pierce Custom Jewelers will be shipped within 72 hours (hopefully sooner!) via FedEx Priority Overnight. A signature by someone at least 18 years of age will be REQUIRED. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Pierce Custom Jewelers will gladly refund your purchase within 14 days. You can either bring your purchase to our showroom, or ship it to us. If shipping to us for a return, we highly recommend shipping and insuring your pieces in a manner that can be tracked, signature required, and must be postmarked within 14 days of your verified receipt. Pierce Custom Jewelers can not be responsible for returns lost in shipping. If more than 14 days has passed since the date your merchandised was delivered, we will be happy to offer you a store credit for exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unaltered (this includes ring sizing) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If rejected, we will send your purchased item back to you via FedEx Priority Overnight, signature required. You will be responsible for this shipping cost. If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Pierce Custom Jewelers offers exchanges for any item that is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item due to defect or damage, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To exchange your product, you can visit us in our showroom, or ship your product in a manner that can be tracked and is insured, signature required, to: Pierce Custom Jewelers, 1135 Townpark Avenue, Suite 1119, Lake Mary, FL US 32746. We cannot be responsible for items lost in shipping to us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
